Integraheat Ltd was formed as a split off from its original company Consad.

Consad was founded in 1982 with Dutch & UK roots, and provided a broad range of process systems, equipment and services to the oil, gas, refining, petrochemical, and energy sector globally, with a high percentage of market presence in Europe, Middle East & Africa. Consad was reformed and restructured in 2020 and as part of the restructure a decision was taken to branch off the combustion and heating technology to form a business fully focused on this sector and product range. This is where the Integraheat brand was formed and made firm commitments to developing and advancing its already existing combustion and fired heating technology, as well as producing new products under research and development to increase efficiency and produce products that are meeting environmental demands.

Integraheat are a global combustion and fired heater company providing standard and customized solutions for various industrial heating and combustible applications. With over 35 years of expertise behind our staff and products, the Integraheat brand was formed on the principle of its Latin name “Integra” meaning Important. Combustion and heating are important to our values on delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers for the most efficient operation based on cost and delivery.

Between our core staff we have delivered in excess of 1000 customized units supporting the global demand for customers needing to heat or combust a variety of liquids and fluids as well as other challenging heating applications such as air. Our equipment is designed to international standards, as well as being adjusted to meet the specifications of specific client needs. Our team are fully conversant with all industry codes and standards to ensure we have the best solution possible with a wide range of options for a bespoke system. In general, our systems are compliant with API560 & API12K for fired heaters, though with our vast knowledge Integraheat can offer a wide range of options and solutions to other industry conditions and standards.

As a company that has the global capacity to respond and adapt to Countries looking to achieve In Country Value (ICV), we recognize the need to work with an expanded supply chain and subcontract partners to offer a diverse project delivery. With decades of experience and knowledge about the challenges of international supply from a common location, we have adjusted and structured our business operations to offer engineering, design, manufacture and servicing from several global locations to support the demand for this approach with our clients.
