A Burner Management System (BMS) is a safety system designed to ensure the safe start-up, operation and shutdown of a process burner across a wide range of heating applications.
Used throughout the oil, gas, refining, petrochemical and energy sectors - and in any industry relying on industrial burners in boilers or furnaces, the right BMS is critical. Selecting it requires a detailed understanding of the logic, function and classification needed to meet site conditions, safety requirements and the growing global demand for lower emissions.

Beyond new installations, we offer a full range of BMS services. We can carry out performance evaluations of existing combustion equipment, produce detailed engineering studies and advise whether an upgrade or tune is the right course of action. Where integration is needed, we can incorporate our BMS into any existing footprint and add bespoke features to upgrade a burner, fuel train or control panel. Full retrofits are also available where a complete system replacement delivers better long-term results and cost savings.
WHAT WE MAKE
Direct Fired API 560 Heaters
Used across multiple heating requirements and particularly associated with crude oil heating. Available in a range of configurations to suit the application.
Thermal Fluid Heaters
Indirect heating systems that utilise a circulating thermal fluid to deliver controlled high-temperature heat without the need for high-pressure steam. Ideal for applications where multiple process users require heat from a single system.
Water Bath Heaters
Indirect fired heaters that heat the target fluid through a process coil submerged in a heated water or glycol bath, depending on the required outlet temperature.
Once Through Steam Generators
Fired heating solutions that produce high-pressure steam in a single pass for enhanced oil recovery and other demanding industrial applications.
Industrial Burners
A bespoke range of natural and forced draft burners designed for process heating systems, covering firing rates from 350 kW to 30 MW and meeting global emission requirements.
