Thermal Fluid Heaters provide an efficient, reliable and cost-effective solution for indirect process heating across a wide range of industrial applications.
Also known as Hot Oil Heaters, Thermal Fluid Heaters are direct fired heaters that supply thermal heat transfer fluid to single or multiple process users. Widely specified across the oil, gas, petrochemical, power generation and refining industries, they are a common and practical solution where indirect, high-temperature process heating is required.
Integraheat’s thermal fluid heaters are typically non-API direct fired style units, featuring a proprietary double helical coil design that delivers high thermal efficiency in a compact layout. Efficiency ratings of greater than 80 to 93% make them a cost-effective choice throughout the life of the asset.
We can provide systems in horizontal or vertical configurations, with natural or forced draft burner options and fuel gas, diesel or fuel oil firing. Each system is carefully engineered to meet your process requirements, ensuring optimal heat transfer performance while maintaining operational safety.

Direct Fired API 560 Heaters
